Donde José

Donde José is situated in the heart of Casco Viejo and is one of Panama City’s top demanded dining spots. Chef José’s single tasting menu with multiple courses tells a unique story of Panamanian cuisine, traditions and culture by using endemic ingredients and cooking with age-old techniques which for sure convinces the 16 guests that find space in one of the two seatings per night. Dinner is served in a supper club format and each course is brought out simultaneously to all guests in the restaurant. Open from Tuesday through Saturday with two seatings at 7:00 PM and 9:30 PM. Closed on Sundays and Mondays.
